FINE AUSTRALIAN HOMES PTY LTD was established in 2020 in Adelaide CBD's core business district. We are a structural engineering technology firm focused exclusively on high-rise building projects — distinctly different from general residential construction companies.

Our core team is led by registered structural engineers with deep expertise in Australian building structure codes. We have participated in the structural design of super tall frame-core tube structures, irregular structural forms, and large-span complex structures across multiple high-rise projects.

Since establishment, we have maintained the engineering principle of "structural safety as the core, technical optimisation as the support, compliant delivery as the standard." We do not undertake low-rise residential projects — our focus is solely on 15-40 storey super tall residential, commercial-residential complexes, and urban landmark towers.
